aboot-cross software package provides utility to create bootable ISO-Images for Linux/Alpha, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aboot-cross
aboot-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aboot-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aboot-cross *
You will get with aboot-cross package name, version, architecture and description in a table
